To return an item purchased from our store www.skeeter-vac-depot.com please contact us first at sales@skeeter-vac-depot.com or by phone at 715-707-5101.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returns including items with free shipping.
Returns are only accepted within 20 days of your purchase date.
All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Custom, special, and non-inventory orders are non-returnable, no exceptions.
25% restocking fee will be applied on all returned items.

Defective merchandise will be either repaired, replaced, or repair parts will be sent - case by case basis.
